- 以河南省、河北省以及山西省的青翘和老翘为试验材料,采用HPLC法测定了青翘和老翘的连翘苷及连翘酯苷A的含量,研究了不同产地(河南省、河北省、山西省)连翘果实(青翘和老翘)连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量,考察不同产地青翘和老翘的质量。结果表明:山西的连翘质量明显高于其它产地;青翘的质量明显高于老翘。不同产地对连翘的质量有较大影响。
- Abstract:
- The green and grown fructus forsythiae from Henan,Hebei and Shanxi Provinces were collected,HPLC rules was used to test the content of phillyrin and forsythoside A.This study determined and compared the content of phillyrin and forsythoside A in fructus forsythiae from different origins,and evaluated quality status of fructus forsythiae in different origins.The results showed that fructus forsythiae from Shanxi Province were better than those in other provinces;the green fructus forsythiae were obviously much better than grown fructus forsythiae.
