- 以“金刚”番茄幼苗为试材,分析LED(R/B=5∶1)在不同时段的补光处理下对番茄幼苗的形态和生理指标的影响,以期为番茄生长提供参考。结果表明:经过15、30 d补光处理效果不明显,经过45 d不同时段补光处理效果显著,其中以15:00—19:00时段的补光处理效果显著,在该时间段进行补光,鲜质量、叶面积、气孔密度、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量及根系活力显著高于对照或其它处理;并显著使株高、丙二醛含量降低,其次为19:00—23:00补光处理。
- Abstract:
- The effect of LED (R/B 5∶1) on the morphological and physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings under different light supplies were studied,in order to provide reference for tomato.The results showed that after 15 and 30 days,the effect was not obvious,and after 45 days,the effect was obvious in the period of 15:00—19:00,the fresh weight,leaf area,stomatal density,chlorophyll,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and root activity were significantly higher than those of control or other treatments,and the plant height and MDA content were significantly reduced,the next was 19:00—23:00 light supply treatment.
