- 以不同农药药剂与三七提取物为试材,在室内离体条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法对梨黑斑病菌的毒力进行测定,以期获得最优农药与三七提取物复配的最佳比例。结果表明:43%戊唑醇与三七提取物在1∶1与1∶2复配比例下,SR分别为3.15和4.29,表现为增效作用;2∶1比例下SR为0.55,表现为相加作用,对梨黑斑病均表现出较好抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- The toxicity of different pesticides and extracts of panax notoginseng was determined by mycelial growth rate method in vitro,in order to achieve the optimal pesticide and panax notoginseng extract optimal proportion of the study.The results showed that in the ratio of 1∶1 and 1∶2,SR of 43% tebuconazole and the extract of panax notoginseng were 3.15 and 4.29,respectively.And SR of 0.55 was additive in the ratio of 2∶1,showed good inhibitory effect on pear black spot.
