- 以重庆市主城区普通厌氧消化污泥的干化处理产物样品为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,研究处理产物对花毛茛成活率、株高、冠幅、花径、地上部分生物质量等指标的影响。结果表明:使用普通厌氧消化污泥的干化处理产物处理的成活率偏低,处理产物对花毛茛幼苗的成活与生长有一定风险。第一次栽植15 d后对死亡的花毛茛进行补栽。补栽后,在小于等于33%的体积使用量范围内,使用处理产物对花毛茛的冠幅和地上部分生物量增长产生了一定的促进作用,其中的养分促进了花毛茛的生长;当使用量超过33%后,处理产物的使用对花毛茛生长表现出明显的抑制作用,这与高使用量下花毛茛成活率快速降低的情况一致。
- Abstract:
- The pot experiment was adopted to study the effect of thermal drying product of anaerobic digestion sludge on Ranunculus asiaticus growth,such as survival rate,plant height,flower diameter,dry matter accumulation in aboveground and so on.The results showed that there were some risks of the application of thermal drying product of anaerobic digestion sludge seedling to survival and growth of Ranunculus asiaticus.The survival rate of seedling was generally low which applied of the thermal drying product of anaerobic digestion sludge.Fifteen days after the first transplanting seedling the dead seedling were replanted.After filling the gaps with seedlings,the application of thermal drying product of anaerobic digestion sludge promoted the increase of crown diameter and dry matter accumulation in aboveground within the range of less than or equal to 33%.It showed obvious inhibition effect when the usage of the thermal drying product of anaerobic digestion sludge more than 33%,which was identical to rapid reduction of survival rate when the usage of the product more than 33%.
