- Abstract:
- ‘Cangjinhong’ is a new Chinese jujube with high resistance to fruit cracking,which was selected from ‘Jinsixiaozao’ in Cangzhou,Hebei.The fruits are cylindrical.The average fruit weight is 10.8 g.The largest single fruit weight is 15.3 g.The edible rate is 96.60%.The soluble solids content is 37.10%.The desiccation rate is 58.00%.It is suitable for fresh-eating and dehydration.The fruits ripe in the bottom of september in jujube cultivating area of Cangzhou city.After years of investigations and study it was showed that fruit cracking rate of ‘Cangjinhong’ was significantly lower than that of CK (‘Jinsixiaozao’),which was decreased by 15.30% compared with CK.The yield of ‘Cangjinhong’ was increased by 12.08% compared with CK in the variety regional test.It was approved by the Forest Variety Approval Committee of Hebei Province in December 2017.
