- 以棉柴替代棉籽壳为原料栽培灰树花“迁西1号”,通过设计5种不同配方,以灰树花菌丝生长情况、子实体性状、鲜菇产量及经济效益为指标,研究棉柴替代棉籽壳栽培灰树花的最佳配方。结果表明:棉柴替代棉籽壳栽培灰树花的最佳配方为棉籽壳15%、棉柴30%、栗木屑40%、麦麸5%、棉籽粉7%、石膏1%、糖1%、磷肥1%,料水比1∶1.5,该处理的菌丝生长速度为2.4 mm?d-1,每100袋产量为42.80 kg,投入产出比为1∶9.31。试验表明棉柴替代部分棉籽壳栽培灰树花是可行的,应用前景广阔。
- Abstract:
- The cotton stalk replacing cotton seed hull to used as the material to cultivate Grifola frondosa (‘Qianxi No.1’),and the optimum formula of cultivating Grifola frondosa by using cotton stalk replacing cotton seed hull was studied by designing five different formulas and taking the mycelia growth rate,fruit body morphology,fresh mushroom yield and economic benefits as indicators.The results showed that the optimum formula of cultivating Grifola frondosa by using cotton stalk replacing cotton seed hull was 15% cotton seed hull,30% cotton seed stalk,40% chestnut sawdust,5% wheat bran,7% cotton seed powder,1% gesso,1% sugar and 1% phosphorus,and the ratio of material to water was 1∶1.5,and its mycelial growth rate was 2.4 mm?d-1,the yield per 100 bags was 42.80 kg,the input-output ratio was 1∶9.31.The experiment showed that it is feasible to cultivate Grifola frondosa by using cotton stalk replacing part of cotton seed hull and it has a broad application prospect.
