- 以湖北省黄州区生长的泥蒿为试材,采用2,6-二氯靛酚定容法测定维生素C含量,研究了其不同生长时期和不同部位维生素C含量的差异和变化规律,为其合理开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:泥蒿叶片中维生素C含量高于茎中,顶部叶中高于基部叶中,且随着季节的推移呈现先下降后上升的趋势,春季到夏季温度逐渐升高时维生素C含量下降,而夏季到秋季温度逐渐降低后维生素C含量回升。从不同生长时期来看,同一部位维生素C含量在不同生长时期表现出极显著差异,但3个不同部位维生素C含量在3个生长时期表现出一致的变化规律,均为2月>11月>5月;从不同部位的角度看,泥蒿不同部位维生素C含量也存在极显著差异,且3个生长时期均表现为顶部叶>基部叶>茎;基部叶片的维生素C含量变异程度最高,但与顶部叶维生素C含量变异程度差异不大,二者均远高于茎中维生素C含量的变异程度。

- Taking Artemisia selengensis growing in Huangzhou district of Hubei Province as materials,the difference and change rule of vitamin C content in different growth period and different parts of Artemisia selengensis were studied,to provide theoretical basis for its rational development and utilization.The results showed that the vitamin C content in leaves of Artemisia selengensis was higher than that in stems,the vitamin C content in the top leaves was higher than that in base leaves,and the vitamin C content first decreased and then increased with the passage of seasons.From spring to summer,when the temperature gradually increased,the vitamin C content decreased,but from summer to autumn,when the temperature gradually decreased,the vitamin C content increased.The vitamin C content of the same part showed very significant differences in different growth periods.However,the vitamin C content of three different parts showed the same change rule in three growth periods February>November>May;from the perspective of different parts,the vitamin C content of different parts of Artemisia selengensis also had significant differences,and the three growth periods were top leaf>base leaf>stem;the vitamin C content of base leaf had the highest variation degree,but there was no significant difference between top leaf variation and base leaf variation,both of them were much higher than the variation degree of vitamin C content in stem.
