- 为明确越橘叶片生物学结构特性对光合生理指标的影响,以‘陶柔’‘PLJY-2’‘北陆’为试验材料,采用光合仪测定和显微镜观察的方法,研究了越橘叶片生物学结构指标和光合生理指标之间的关系,以期为越橘光合生理机制的系统研究提供参考依据。结果表明:3个越橘品种间叶长、叶宽、叶面积、鲜质量、干质量和叶绿素差异显著(P<0.05);主脉厚度、叶片厚度、角质层厚度、表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度差异显著(P<0.05);净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光饱和点(LSP)和光补偿点(LCP)差异显著;虽然3个越橘品种间叶片生物学指标和光合生理指标差异较大,但通过相关分析后发现,40对指标存在相关性,其中极显著性相关11对,显著性相关29对。
- Abstract:
- To investigate the effects of the characteristic biological structure of the leaf on the photosynthetic physiological indicators of blueberry,the relationship between the biological structure indicators of the leaf and the photosynthetic physiological indicators of the three cultivars of blueberry were studied by photosynthetic apparatus and microscopic observation.The results showed a significant variation in leaf size,leaf width,leaf area,fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll (P<0.05) in the three blueberry cultivars.The disparity in main vein thickness,leaf thickness,stratum corneum thickness,epidermal thickness,and sponge tissue thickness was important in the three cultivars of blueberry (P<0.05).The variation between Pn,E,Gs,Ci,Pnmax,LSP and LCP was important in the three cultivars of blueberry (P<0.05).Although there was a notable variation between the three blueberry cultivars in the biological leaf indicators and the photosynthetic physiological indicators,there was a correlation between forty pairs of indicators,of which eleven pairs were extremely significant correlations and twenty-nine pairs were significant correlations.
