- 为矫治‘赤霞珠’葡萄的叶片黄化,以出现黄化的‘赤霞珠’为试验材料,研究叶喷0.1%奥西沐+0.1%萃丽(TR1)、灌根3%萃腾+0.5%萃护一号+0.2%奥西沐(TR2)及叶喷0.1%荷黄铁+0.1%萃丽(TR3)对植株叶片相对叶绿素含量、光合特性、快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学特性的影响,以期为宁夏贺兰山东麓地区酿酒葡萄叶片黄化的改善建立提供科学依据。结果表明:叶片黄化导致其SPAD、净光合速率(Pn)显著降低,光合作用受到抑制,快速叶绿素荧光诱导曲线变形,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)显著下降29.5%;施肥处理可显著增加叶片的SPAD及Pn,并增加叶片对光能的利用效率,线性电子传递速率明显提高;TR3(叶面喷施0.1%荷黄铁+0.1%萃丽)叶片的Pn最高,达到(19.62±0.08)CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,其SPAD为43.84±0.40,并且其叶片光合原初反应激发能分配最优,光化学效率最高,矫治‘赤霞珠’葡萄叶片黄化的效果较优。
- Abstract:
- To correct the chlorosis of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape leaves.The ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grapevines were used to investigate the effect of different fertilization treatments(spraying 0.1% Auxym+0.1%TRAINER,ripening 3% Revive 4.8 EDDHA+0.5% PHOSPHIT ONE+0.2% Auxym,spraying 0.1% Hehangtie and 0.1% TRAINER) on photosynthetic characteristics of grape leaves under etiolation.The content of chlorophyll,OJIP fluorescence transient,and photosynthetic characteristics were determined.The results showed that photosynthetic characteristics of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape was inhibited by etiolation.The value of SPAD and Pn (photosynthetic rate) were significantly lower than that of normal plant,the shape of the OJIP curve was clearly changed under etiolation,and leaf maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) significantly decreased by 29.5%.In contrast,the fertilization treatments reverted these changes of grape leaves under etiolation.Declined the increasing amplitude of the K points and enhanced photosynthesis rate clearly.Linear electron transfer rate was significantly improved.The effects of TR3 (spraying 0.1% Hehangtie and 0.1% TRAINER) was better.The value of Pn was (19.62±0.08)CO2μmol?m-2?s-1,which was significantly higher than other treatments,and the value of SPAD was 43.84±0.40.Leaves of TR3 had the optimum allocation of excitation energy in photosynthetic primary reaction,the lowest non-photochemical quenching,and the highest photochemical efficiency.The chlorosis of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape leaves were corrected by spraying 0.1% Hehangtie and 0.1% TRAINER.
