- 以拜泉县团结村的果蔬创业扶贫模式为例，采用案例分析的方法，从公共经济学、行政管理学以及心理学角度对“一牵二培，三带三创，四扶四补”的扶贫模式进行详细剖析。结果表明：这种果蔬创业扶贫模式符合目前我国精准扶贫工程需要，通过增强贫困群体在脱贫工作中的主观能动性，进而带来扶贫的持续性效果，突破传统扶贫模式的壁垒，有利于培养一批新型职业农民，实现贫困农村、农民早日脱贫的目标，具有广泛的推广性。

- Taking the fruit and vegetable entrepreneurship poverty alleviation model of Unity Village in Baiquan County as an example，using the case analysis method，the poverty alleviation model of ‘One Guide One Training，Three Lead Three Innovation，Four Poverty Alleviation Four Fill’ was analyzed in detail from the perspectives of public economics，administrative management and psychology.The results showed that this model of fruit and vegetable entrepreneurship poverty alleviation was in line with the current poverty alleviation project implemented in China.By strengthening the subjective initiative of the poor in poverty work，and thus bringing about the sustained effect of poverty alleviation，it broke through the barriers of the traditional poverty alleviation model.It was conducive to cultivating a group of new-type farmers and achieving the goal of poverty-stricken rural areas and farmers′ early poverty alleviation.
