- 选取裕民贝母种子为研究对象,通过对种子基本生物学特性、种子休眠原因、种子形态休眠解除方法进行研究,探讨种子休眠诱因,确定种子休眠类型,提出最适种子形态破眠方法。结果表明:1)种子含水量正常,生活力高,透水性良好,无吸水障碍;2)种子结构完整,点状胚无分化结构,处于原胚阶段;3)胚乳(含胚)水提液抑制白菜种子发芽的效果最强;4)种子形态休眠自然解除需80 d,GA3:30 mg?L-1处理和低温层积处理仅需60 d,此外GA3:30 mg?L-1处理能够提高胚率。综上,种皮透性不是影响种子休眠的因素,胚发育不全和内源抑制物是导致种子休眠的主要原因,裕民贝母种子存在形态生理休眠,最适形态破眠方法为GA3:30 mg?L-1处理。
- Abstract:
- The seeds of Fritillaria yuminensis X.Z.Duan were selected as the research object,basic biological characteristics,dormancy reasons and morphological dormancy breaking methods of seeds were studied.The purpose of this study was to discuss the reasons of seed dormancy,determine the type of seed dormancy,propose to find the best method of breaking seed morphology dormancy.The results showed that,1) The seed had normal water content,high viability,good water absorption,without any water absorption barriers;2) The seed structure was complete,but the punctate embryo has no differentiation structure,which was in the original embryo stage;3) The water extract of endosperm (including embryo) inhibited the germination on B.pekinensis seeds most effectively;4) It took 80 days for breaking seed morphology dormancy naturally,but GA3:30 mg?L-1 and CK needed 60 days.Besides,GA3:30 mg?L-1 could improve the embryo rate.Above all,F.yuminensis seeds existed morphophysiological dormancy;the permeability of seed coat was not the factor affecting seed dormancy,but uncompleted embryo and endogenous inhibitor were two main factors causing seed dormancy;GA3:30 mg?L-1 treatment was the best method to break seed morphology dormancy.
