- 以“津优41号”黄瓜为试材,共设3个处理,分别为CK0,喷施清水;CK1,喷施05%磷酸二氢钾;T,喷施鸡粪发酵提取液500倍液,研究了鸡粪发酵提取液叶面肥对黄瓜植物学特性、光合速率、产量和品质的影响,以期将鸡粪发酵提取液叶面肥替代化学叶面肥在黄瓜上进行应用。结果表明:施用鸡粪发酵提取液对黄瓜株高、茎粗、叶面积等植物学特性、不同时期光合速率以及前期产量和总产量的效果与施用化学肥料磷酸二氢钾相当,而且可以显著提高黄瓜果实品质性状维生素C含量,改善品质。
- Abstract:
- The effects of chicken manure fermentation extract on botanical characteristics,photosynthetic rate,yield and quality of cucumber were studied.‘Jinyou 41’ cucumber was used as test material,there were 3 treatments in the experiment,CK0,spraying water;CK1,spraying 05% potassium dihydrogen phosphate;T,spraying 500 times liquid of chicken manure fermentation extract.The results indicated that there was no significant difference between applying with chicken manure fermentation extract and chemical foliar fertilizer on potassium dihydrogen phosphate such as botanical characteristics of cucumber plant height,diameter,leaf area,photosynthetic rate in different periods,early yield and total yield,but the vitamin C content of cucumber fruit was significantly higher than that with chemical foliar fertilizer.And applying chicken manure fermentation extract can improved the quality of cucumber.Chicken manure fermentation extract can be sprayed on cucumber instead of chemical fertilizer.
