- 为衡量我国“南菜北运”蔬菜流通发展水平，提高蔬菜流通效率，采用层次分析法及综合评价法构建“南菜北运”蔬菜流通现代化评价指标体系，并确定各指标权重及南方地区各省份指标标准量化值，得到各省份流通现代化指标值，以此来分析南方地区各省份蔬菜流通现代化发展水平。结果表明：我国“南菜北运”蔬菜流通现代化整体发展水平不高，东中西部地区蔬菜流通现代化发展水平差异较大。东部地区发展水平高于中部地区，西部地区发展最差，且蔬菜流通现代化发展水平与当地农业发展不相匹配，并进一步对结果进行聚类分析后得出了“南菜北运”蔬菜流通现代化的区域分类特征。
- Abstract:
- In order to measure the development level of vegetable circulation in the ‘South-to-North vegetable transfer’ and improve the circulation efficiency of vegetables,the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the comprehensive evaluation method were used to construct a modern evaluation index system for vegetable circulation of ‘South-to-North vegetable transfer’,and the weight of each index and the southern region was determined.The quantified value of each province′s index has been obtained by the provinces′ circulation modernization index values,in order to analyze the modern development level of vegetable circulation in the provinces of the southern region.The results showed that the overall level of modernization of vegetable circulation in the ‘South-to-North vegetable transfer’ in southern China was not high,and the level of modernization of vegetable circulation in the East,Central,and West regions varied greatly.The level of development in the eastern region was higher than that in the central region,and the development in the western region was the worst,and the modern development level of vegetable circulation did not match the development of the local agriculture.After further clustering the results,we obtained the regional classification characteristics of the modernization of vegetable distribution in the ‘South-to-North vegetable transfer’ campaign were obtained.
