双孢蘑菇高产栽培覆土新技术

- 双孢蘑菇传统覆土易发生病虫危害,亟需探索覆土替代材料。选用草炭土、膨化珍珠岩、蛭石、生物炭4种材料,并结合双孢蘑菇促生菌恶臭假单胞菌UW4进行覆土,测定产量和覆层中菌数。结果表明:草炭土、珍珠岩和蛭石灭菌后分别添加2%(w/w)的UW4菌剂,前2潮菇产量与传统覆土没有差异,但低于草炭土。灭菌生物炭中添加相同比例的UW4菌剂,前2潮菇产量显著低于传统覆土。各处理覆层中1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸脱氨酶产生菌数量的对数值与前2潮菇的总产量呈显著线性正相关。综合评价,以蛭石添加双孢蘑菇促生菌菌剂可替代传统覆土。
- Abstract:
- The traditional casing soil in button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) growing is prone to pests and diseases,and it is urgent to explore alternative materials for substitute the casing soil.In this study,peat soil,expanded perlite,vermiculite and biochar were selected to use as casing combined with the bacterial bioinoculant of the growth-promoting Pseudomonas putida UW4.The results showed that casing with the sterile peat soil,perlite and vermiculite supplementing 2% (w/w) of the bioinoculant,respectively,the yields of the first and second crops were no difference from those of the traditional casing,but lower than that of peat soil.While the yield of the first and second crops casing with the biochar supplementing 2% (w/w) of the bioinoculant was much lower than that of the traditional casing.The logarithm of the number of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid deaminase producing bacteria in each casing was significantly positively correlated with the yield of the first and second crops.Comprehensive evaluation,vermiculite supplementing the mushroom growth-promoting bacterium could replace the traditional casing soil for the mushroom growing.
