- 以吉林省大安市姜家甸退化草场为研究对象,采用四因素三水平正交实验方法,分析不同播种方式、播种量、施N肥量、施P肥量组合下沙打旺的产量、品质及对土壤改良效果,以期筛选改良效应最佳的栽培方式,为实现退化草地的快速恢复提供理论指导和技术支撑。结果表明:种植当年沙打旺株高范围为31.20~39.14 cm,第2年达到85.60~98.67 cm。2年的沙打旺鲜草产量均以处理3最高,即撒播、播量16.00 kg?hm-2、施N量50.00 kg?hm-2、施P量67.50 kg?hm-2处理,分别为1 414.00 g?m-2和2 097.78 g?m-2,后者较前者提高了48.36%。极差分析显示,以A1B2C1D3,即撒播、播量12.00 kg?hm-2、施N量50.00 kg?hm-2、施P量67.50 kg?hm-2处理组合为产量最佳组合;处理A3B2C1D3,即行距40 cm条播、播种量12.00 kg?hm-2、施N量50.00 kg?hm-2和施P量67.50 kg?hm-2的粗蛋白含量最高,为19.02%,酸性洗涤纤维最低,为16.28%。沙打旺生长1年后,土壤有机质、全氮、全磷提高了15.62%~66.80%;电导率降低了65.66%。
- Abstract:
- The degraded meadow in Jiangjiadian,Da′an City,Jilin Province was selected as the study object.A orthogonal experiment of four factor and three levels was conducted to analyze the yield,quality of Astragalus adsurgens and the improvement of soil properties under different sowing method,sowing quantity,N fertilizer quantity and P fertilizer quantity.The objective was to screening the best cultivation pattern,and to provide theoretical guidance and technical support in the restoration of degraded meadow.The results showed that,the height of Astragalus adsurgens was 31.20-39.14 cm in the year of planting,and reached 85.60-98.67 cm in the second year.The fresh yield of Astragalus adsurgens for the two years were both the highest in treatment 8 (meaning broadcast sowing,sowing rate of 16.00 kg?hm-2,N fertilization of 50.00 kg?hm-2,and P fertilization of 67.50 kg?hm-2).They were 384.34 g?m-2 in the first year and 640.21 g?m-2 in the second year.The later was increased 68.32% than the former one.The range analysis showed that the combination A1B2C1D3 (broadcast sowing,sowing rate of 12.00 kg?hm-2,N fertilization of 50.00 kg?hm-2,and P fertilization of 67.50 kg?hm-2) would get the highest yield.Astragalus adsurgens of A3B2C1D3 (drill seeding with space of 40 cm、sowing rate of 12.00 kg?hm-2,N fertilization of 50.00 kg?hm-2,and P fertilization of 67.50 kg?hm-2) showed the highest crude protein content with 19.02% and the lowest ADF content with 16.28%.The content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and total phosphorus had increased 15.62%-66.80%.The electrical conductivity was reduced by 65.66% after planting Astragalus adsurgens for one year.
