- 以急支糖浆药渣、稻壳为主要原料栽培大球盖菇,筛选最佳栽培配方,以期为降低大球盖菇的生产成本、实现急支糖浆药渣循环利用提供依据。结果表明:大球盖菇最适栽培配方为40%急支糖浆药渣、60%稻壳,以此配方栽培大球盖菇,产量最高为3.61 kg?m-2、生物学效率为72.20%,投入产出比为1∶1.98,比全稻壳栽培大球盖菇降低成本21.54%,提高利润49.20%。
- Abstract:
- Stropharia rugosoannulata was cultivated with Jizhi syrup herb residues and rice husk used as main raw materials and its optimum cultivation formula were screened,in order to provide a scientific basis for the reduction of production costs of Stropharia rugosoannulata and the realization of the recycling of Jizhi syrup herb residues.The results indicated that the optimum cultivation formula of Stropharia rugosoannulata was consisted of 40% Jizhi syrup herb residues and 60% rice husk.Based on the above-mentioned optimum cultivation formula of Stropharia rugosoannulata,the maximum yield reached 3.61 kg?m-2,its biological efficiency was 72.20% and its input-output ratio was 1∶1.98.In contrast to using mere rice husk as cultivation substrate,the input was decreased by 21.54% and the profit was increased by 49.20%.
