- 以百合‘索邦’品种组培苗为试材,白色荧光灯为对照,研究了7种不同LED光源对组培苗小子球繁育的影响。结果表明:单色蓝光(B)处理对植株生长效果最好,株高、根长和叶片数达到最高值,分别为5.67 cm、2.28 cm和3.10片;红蓝绿复合光(RBG)对小子球增殖效果最好,增殖率为对照的2倍;红蓝复合光(2RB)处理后鲜质量达到最大值0.207 g,与其它处理差异显著;单色红光(R)处理下,干质量达到最大值0.038 g,与其它处理差异显著;红蓝绿复合光(RBG)处理下,叶绿素a含量和总叶绿素含量最高分别为0.953 6 mg?g-1和1.196 5 mg?g-1;白光(W)处理下可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量达到最大值分别为1.398 7%和1.485 mg?g-1,与红蓝绿复合光(RBG)处理下差异不显著,均与对照(CK)差异显著。综合比较各项指标,红蓝绿复合光(RBG)可作为百合‘索邦’小子球繁育的理想光源。
- Abstract:
- The culture seedlings of lily ‘Sorbonne’ were used as experimental materials,and the effect of seven different LED light sources on the breeding of small seed balls of tissue culture seedlings were studied by the contrast of white fluorescent lamp and LED lamp.The results showed that single color blue light (B) treatment had the best effect on plant growth,plant height,root length and number of leaves,the value reached the highest,respectively 5.67 cm,2.28 cm and 3.10 tablets.Red blue green compound light (RBG) had the best effect on small ball proliferation,and the multiplication ratio was 2 times as high as that of the control.The fresh weight of red blue composite light (2RB) reached the maximum value of 0.207 g,which was significantly different from that of other treatments.Under single red light (R),the dry weight reached the maximum value of 0.038 g,which was significantly different from other treatments.Under the treatment of red blue green compound light (RBG),the highest content of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll were 0.953 6 mg?g-1 and 1.196 5 mg?g-1 respectively.The maximum soluble sugar and protein contents under white light (W) treatment were 1.398 7% and 1.485 mg?g-1,respectively.The difference was not significant with the red blue green compound light (RBG) treatment,and the difference was significant with the control group (CK).Comprehensive comparison of various indicators,red,blue and green composite light (RBG) could be used as the ideal source of lily ‘Sorbonne’ small ball breeding.
