- 针对黑龙江省水土资源引起的生态安全问题,构建水土资源生态安全评价体系。将体系中的指标作为云滴,由云滴构成云空间,结合各指标对生态安全的贡献率对黑龙江省2003—2015年的水土资源生态安全现状进行研究。结果表明:水土资源生态安全发展呈W型,从II级(危险级)上升到III级(敏感级)。经济系统安全指数最低;农业用水比例,农、工业万元产值耗水量等指标抑制该地区水土资源生态安全建设。建筑用地比例、耕地生态指数、工业用水比例、人口密度、人口自然增长率和自来水普及率等指标对该地区的水土资源生态安全建设贡献显著。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the ecological security problems caused by water and soil resources in Heilongjiang Province,an ecological safety evaluation system for water and soil resources was constructed.The indicators in the system were used as cloud droplets and cloud droplets to form cloud space,combined with the contribution rate of each index to ecological security,the status of ecological security of water and soil resources in Heilongjiang Province from 2003 to 2015 were studied.The results showed that the ecological security development of water and soil resources was W type,rising from level II (Dangerous level) to level III (Sensitive level).The economic system safety index was the lowest;the agricultural water use ratio,the agricultural industry output value of ten thousand yuan of water consumption and other indicators inhibited the ecological security construction of water and soil resources in the region.The indicators of construction land,cultivated land ecological index,industrial water use ratio,population density,natural population growth rate and tap water penetration rate have contributed significantly to the ecological security construction of water and soil resources in the region.
