- 以膜荚黄芪种子为试材,在单因素试验基础上,采用L25(56)正交实验法,以吸光度为评价指标,优化了花青素提取方法,为膜荚黄芪的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:料液比是对花青素提取效果影响最大的因素,最佳提取方法为料液比1∶8 g?mL-1、甲醇体积分数85%、加酸量1.0%、超声时间30 min、超声温度30 ℃,该提取方法简单可靠,具有较高的抗氧化能力。
- Abstract:
- To provide reference basis for the development and utilization of Astragalus membranaceus,based on one way anova method,L25(56) orthogonal test method was adopted to optimize extraction process of anthocyanin in seeds of A.membranaceus using the absorbance as the evaluation index.The results showed that the main factor for extraction process was the material-liquid ratio,and the optimum material-liquid ratio,methanol volume fraction,acid volume,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature were 1∶8 g?mL-1,85%,1.0%,30 minutes and 30 ℃,respectively.This extraction method was simple,reliable and had high antioxidant capacity.
