- 以19种性状不同的辣椒为试材,分别采用相关分析、通径分析、显性度分析等方法,研究了辣椒的12个重要数量性状之间的关系,以期为提高杂交育种的选择效率,加快新品种选育的进程提供参考依据。结果表明:参试不同辣椒材料之间性状差异显著,变异系数范围在8.49%~37.77%。叶长与叶宽、始花节位、对椒单果质量呈极显著正相关,与维生素C含量呈显著正相关;叶宽与维生素C含量呈显著正相关;对椒单果质量与维生素C含量、果肉厚呈显著正相关,与始花节位呈极显著正相关;果横径与果果纵径呈极显著负相关,与果肉厚呈显著正相关;单株结果数与对椒单果质量呈显著负相关,与单株产量呈显著正相关;其它性状之间差异不显著。株幅、单株产量、果肉厚、单株结果数,表现出较强的正向遗传优势;对椒单果质量、株高、叶长、果纵径、叶宽、维生素C含量,表现较强的负向遗传优势。主要数量性状对辣椒单株产量的直接贡献从大到小依次为:叶长>单株结果数>果肉厚>果纵径>叶宽>果横径。因此,可以根据育种目标对辣椒性状的要求,有目的的筛选育种材料。
- Abstract:
- There are different degrees of connections among many traits in pepper.In order to clarify the relationship between their traits,nineteen different peppers were used as experimental materials and the relationship between twelve important quantitative traits of pepper was studied by correlation analysis,path analysis and dominant degree analysis.to provide basic data and theoretical basis for improving the selection efficiency of cross breeding and speeding up the breeding process of new varieties.The results showed that there were significant differences in traits among different pepper materials tested,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 8.49% to 37.77%.The leaf length was significantly and positively correlated with leaf width,flower node position and weight of pepper single fruit,and was significantly and positively correlated with vitamin C content.Leaf width was positively correlated with vitamin C content.There was a significant positive correlation between the single fruit weight of pepper and vitamin C content and fruit thickness,and a very significant positive correlation between the single fruit weight of pepper and the initial flower node position.The fruit width was negatively correlated with the fruit length and positively correlated with the fruit thickness.The number of fruit per plant was significantly negatively correlated with the weight of pepper and positively correlated with the yield per plant.The performance of other traits was not significant.The plant width,yield per plant,fruit thickness and number of fruit per plant showed strong positive genetic advantage.It showed strong negative genetic advantage on pepper single fruit weight,plant height,leaf length,fruit length,leaf width and vitamin C content.The direct contribution of main quantitative traits to the yield per plant of capsicum was as follows from large to small:leaf length>fruit number per plant>fruit thickness>fruit length>leaf width>fruit width.Therefore,it is possible to screen breeding materials according to the requirements of breeding targets for pepper traits.
