- 以“津研4号”黄瓜为研究对象,以褐藻酸寡糖(AOS)为试材,在黄瓜幼苗水分胁迫不同时期(胁迫7、14、21 d)喷施聚合度为8~12的褐藻酸寡糖,测定了黄瓜幼苗体内抗氧化酶活性及渗透调节物质含量,探索AOS对黄瓜抗旱的生理调节作用。结果表明:在水分胁迫不同时期,AOS能够显著增加黄瓜幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)含量;在水分胁迫的第7、14天时AOS可显著提高可溶性蛋白质(Pr)含量,但在胁迫21 d时,对Pr含量的影响不显著;AOS能够显著增强黄瓜幼苗抗旱功能。
- Abstract:
- ‘Jinyan No.4’ cucumber was taken as research object,AOS was taken as test material.Cucumber seedlings were treated with drought stress,and sprayed alginate oligosaccharide within ploymerization degree of 8-12 in differient periods(drought stress 7 days,14 days,21 days).By the determination of antioxidant enzymes activity and osmotic regulation substances content of cucumber seedlings,the physiological regulation effect of alginate oligosaccharide on cucumber drought resistance was explored.The results showed that under different periods of drought stress,alginate oligosaccharide could significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) and the content of free proline (Pro) in cucumber seedlings;on the seventh and fourteenth day of drought stress,the alginate oligosaccharide could significantly increase the content of the soluble protein (Pr),but on the twentieth day of stress,the impact on the Pr level was not significant;alginate oligosaccharide could significantly enhance the drought resistance of cucumber seedlings.
