- 以‘蓉杂茄8号’茄子为试材,通过叶面喷施稀释倍数为300、500、800倍的镁、钙、硼、钼4种肥料,研究了镁、钙、硼、钼肥料对茄子幼苗生长的影响,以期为生产应用提供参考。结果表明:叶面喷施镁肥有利于茄子幼苗生长,其中稀释800倍的镁肥效果最佳,其整株生物量较对照增加了40.00%。与对照相比,叶面喷施稀释500、800倍的钙肥使茄子幼苗株高增加16.39%、19.45%,根部生物量增加24.19%、29.03%,但却不利于叶片的生长;而稀释300倍的钙肥反而显著抑制了茄子幼苗生长。叶面喷施稀释300倍的硼肥能使茄子幼苗壮苗指数及整株生物量较对照提高20.22%、15.25%,但是稀释500、800倍的硼肥却显著抑制了茄子幼苗生长。叶面喷施钼肥不利于茄子幼苗叶片生长,但稀释500、800倍的钼肥却使茄子幼苗株高、茎粗显著增加,稀释300倍的钼肥则使其生物量增加。综上,镁肥、钙肥以稀释800倍效果最佳,而硼肥、钼肥以稀释300倍效果最佳。不同元素肥料中镁肥效果最佳,因此稀释800倍的镁肥可用于生产中培育茄子壮苗。

- The variety ‘Rongza Qie 8’ of Solanum melongena was used as the material,and four fertilizers of Mg,Ca,B and Mo were prepared by spraying on the foliar surface by diluting 300 times,500 times and 800 times to study the effects of Mg,Ca,B and Mo fertilizers on the growth of Solanum melongena seedlings in order to provide a reference for the application of production.The results showed that foliar application of Mg fertilizer was beneficial to the growth of S.melongena seedlings,and the effect of diluting 800 times of Mg fertilizer was the best,and the whole biomass increased by 40.00% compared with the control.Compared with the control,foliar application of 500,800 times of Ca fertilizer increased the plant height of S.melongena seedlings by 16.39% and 19.45%,respectively,and the root biomass increased by 24.19% and 29.03%,respectively,but it was not conducive to leaf growth.The 300-fold dilution of Ca fertilizer significantly inhibited the growth of S.melongena seedlings.Foliar application of B fertilizer diluted 300 times could increase the sound seedling index and whole biomass of S.melongena seedlings by 20.22% and 15.25%,respectively,compared with the control,but the dilution of 500 and 800 times of B fertilizer significantly inhibited the growth of S.melongena seedlings.Foliar application of Mo fertilizer was not conducive to the growth of S.melongena seedling leaves,but the dilution of 500,800 times of Mo fertilizer significantly increased the plant height and stem diameter of S.melongena seedlings,and the dilution of 300 times of Mo fertilizer increased its biomass.In summary,Mg fertilizer and Ca fertilizer were the best diluted by 800 times,while B fertilizer and Mo fertilizer were the best diluted by 300 times.The effect of Mg fertilizer in different element fertilizers was the best,so the Mg fertilizer diluted 800 times could be used to cultivate S.melongena seedlings in production.
