- 以平邑甜茶为试材,采用水培的方法,研究了1/2 Hoagland营养液(正常养分)、1/5 Hoagland(中等养分)、清水(低养分)3种不同养分条件下,植物源生长调节剂“碧护”(0136%芸苔素?吲哚乙酸?赤霉酸)对苹果幼苗生长和养分积累的效应,以期为苹果化肥减施增效技术研究提供一定的依据。结果表明:养分减至对照1/5不会影响植株的叶绿素含量。中等养分条件下,根系构型各项指标与正常养分条件下差异不显著;在低养分条件下,苹果的叶和根中可溶性蛋白质含量和根系活力下降,根系平均直径和总体积均显著下降。施加“碧护”可以缓解养分减少对苹果幼苗造成的不利影响,甚至可以使幼苗生长和体内营养积累达到正常养分条件下的水平。说明“碧护”对低养分条件下苹果幼苗的生长和养分积累具有促进作用。
- Abstract:
- Malus hupehensis Rehd.var.pinyiensis Jiang was used as material to assess the effect of ‘BIHU’ on the growth and nutrient accumulation of apple seedlings under different nutrient conditions. Three nutrient supply levels were used,that were 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution (normal fertilizer),1/5 Hoagland (medium fertilizer) and water (low fertilizer).‘BIHU’ was a kind of growth regulator originated from plants,containing 0.136% of brassinolide,indoleacetic acid and gibberelli acid.In order to provide a basis for the study of apple fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement technologies.The results showed that a modicum of reducing of nutrient wound not affect chlorophyll content.In addition to that,under medium nutrient condition,the disparity of morphologic parameters of plant root was insignificant compare with normal nutrient condition.Under low nutrient condition,there were significant decline of soluble protein content and root activity in plant root and leaf.Moreover,average parameter and dimension of root system was significantly decreased under low nutrient condition.So that the application of ‘BIHU’ could alleviate the adverse effects of nutrient reduction on apple seedlings,and could even make the seedling growth and nutrient accumulation in the body reach the level under normal nutrient conditions,it suggested that implement of ‘BIHU’ could promote the growth and nutrient accumulation of apple seedlings under low nutrient conditions.
