- 以发热电缆、自限温发热带、碳晶电热膜作为育苗根区加温材料,采用在河北永清县对育苗加温效果实际测试的方法,研究分析了不同加温方式对育苗区的空气温度、基质温度的影响。结果表明:加温区与不加温区的空气温度差异不大,根区加温对作物上部空气温度影响较小;加温区较不加温区夜间基质温度平均值及最低值高2.5 ℃和3.1 ℃;碳晶电热膜加温区的夜间基质温度能达到并保持目标设定温度,比不加温对照区夜间基质温度平均值及最低值高3.4 ℃和3.9 ℃,比发热电缆和自限温发热带加温区分别高1.6 ℃和1.2 ℃,2.1 ℃和0.2 ℃;碳晶电热膜加温区加温均匀性较发热电缆和自限温发热带好,基质温度最低值偏离度0%~14.3%,平均值7.1%;发热电缆和自限温发热带加温区基质温度的最低值偏离度0%~17.4%、0%~16.8%,平均值8.2%、7.9%。
- Abstract:
- Taking heating cable,self temperature limiting heating strip and carbon crystal electrothermal film as the seedling root zone heating material,the effect of raising temperature was tested in Hebei Yongqing county and the variation and difference of air temperature and substrate temperature under different heating modes were studied.The results showed that there was little difference between the air temperature in the heating zone and non heating zone,and the temperature in the root zone has little effect on the upper air temperature of the crop;the average and minimum value of the night temperature in the heating zone was 2.5 ℃ and 3.1 ℃ higher than the zone without heating;the night substrate temperature could reach set value with carbon crystal electrothermal film,which were 3.4 ℃ and 3.9 ℃ higher than that of the non heating control area,and which was 1.6 ℃,1.2 ℃ and 2.1 ℃,0.2 ℃ higher than that of the heating cable and the self limiting thermo electric heating zone respectively.The heating homogeneity with crystal electrothermal film were better than the heating cable and self temperature limiting heating strip,and the minimum deviation of the substrate temperature was 0%-14.3%,the average value was 7.1%;the minimum deviation of the substrate temperature of the heating cable and the temperature zone of the self limiting temperature electric heating zone were 0%-17.4% and 0%-16.8%,and the average value were 8.2% and 7.9%.
