- 以采自黑龙江胜山国家级自然保护区野生大革耳(Pleurotus giganteus)为试材,通过正交实验对其生物学特性和驯化栽培进行了初步研究。结果表明:大革耳菌丝的最适生长条件为pH 7.0,最适生长温度为25 ℃,最适碳源为糊精,最适氮源为蛋白胨,这为大革耳的进一步开发利用提供了支持。
- Abstract:
- Pleurotus giganteus strain which was collected from Shengshan National Nature Reserve,Heilongjiang Province was used as material,biological characteristics and the artificial cultivation were reported by orthogonal test.The results showed mycelia derived from the mushroom fruit body grew well on PDA medium when dextrin was the carbon source,peptone was the nitrogen source,the growth medium was adjusted to pH 7.0 and 25 ℃.This provided support for the further development and utilization of Pleurotus giganteus.
