- 为了探讨野生蛹虫草子实体分离的效果和野生菌株子实体的形成与交配型基因的关系,该试验对采集的野生蛹虫草子实体进行分离,并运用PCR技术对分离菌株携带的交配型基因进行分子鉴定。结果表明:分离的11株野生虫草菌株栽培后获得的5株优异资源,形态差异明显;子实体生长形态正常的野生虫草分离株含有2种交配型基因或者只含有MATalpha 1种类型交配型基因,不产生子实体的野生虫草分离株同时含有2种交配型基因。因此通过野生蛹虫草的子实体分离是改变当前蛹虫草资源匮乏的最好途径,同时交配型基因的缺失与蛹虫草出草之间没有必然联系。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effect of the isolation of wild Cordyceps militaris fruiting body,and also to probe into the relationship between the wildtype strain and the matingtype gene,the collected wild C.militaris fruiting body were isolated and identified the mating type genes by PCR.The results showed that the 5 isolates which were separated and cultivated from the 11 isolates collected had distinct differences from each other in morphology.The wild isolates which had normal forms of fruiting body had 2 kinds of mating type genes or had the type of MATalpha mating gene only.The isolates which didn′t produce fruiting body contained two mating type genes simultaneously.Therefore,the separation of the fruiting bodies of wild C.militaris was the best way to help with the short of the current resources of C.militaris,and the lack of the mating type was not related to the growth of the fruiting body.
