- 在“互联网+”被确立为国家发展战略的新形势下，黑龙江省农业经济能否实现由传统、单一、封闭的农业产业，向可持续、绿色、生态、智能化的新兴产业转变，并借助“互联网+”的平台和旅游产业的发展，实现融合发展，从而实现跨越式创新发展是值得深入研究和探索的一大焦点，也是广大科技工作者面临的重要课题。该研究通过对“互联网+”背景下黑龙江省发展智慧农业旅游的优势、发展意义，以及发展中存在的主要问题等进行分析的基础上，提出了“互联网＋”背景下黑龙江省发展智慧农业旅游的对策建议，从而有利于黑龙江省农业可持续性的又好又快发展。
- Abstract:
- Under the new situation in which the ‘Internet+’ has been established as a national development strategy.Will Heilongjiang Province′s agricultural economy be transformed from a traditional,single,closed agricultural industry to a sustainable,green,ecological,and intelligent new industry,with the help of the ‘Internet+’ platform and the development of the tourism industry.We will achieve integrated development,so as to realize leap-forward innovation and development,it is worth focusing on in-depth research and exploration,and it is also an important issue faced by scientists and technicians.The study is based on the analysis of the advantages and developmental significance of the development of smart agricultural tourism in Heilongjiang Province in the context of the ‘Internet+’ background,and the major problems in the development,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of smart agricultural tourism in Heilongjiang Province under the background of ‘Internet+’ was put forward,which was conducive to the sound and rapid development of agricultural sustainability in Heilongjiang Province.
