- 通过夏季设施栽培,对从国内食用菌科研单位引进的11个秀珍菇菌株的污染率、菌丝生长速度、子实体产量、子实体品质等栽培特性进行了研究。结果表明:接种污染率低、菌丝生长势和菌丝生长速度表现好的菌株,其产量和子实体的品质也高;分析每个菌株的表现,4号、8号和9号3个菌株具有污染率低、菌丝生长速度快、产量高和品质优等特点,综合表现优,是秀珍菇夏季设施化栽培的适宜品种。
- Abstract:
- By protected cultivation in summer,the comtamination rate,mycelial growth rate,fruiting body yield,fruiting body quality and other cultivation characteristics of 11 Pleurotus geesteranus strains were studied.The results showed that low comtamination rate,mycelial growth potential,mycelial growth rate,fruiting body yield and fruiting body quality of Pleurotus geesteranus 11 strains had certain positive correlation.Analyzing performance of each strain,No.4,No.8 and No.9 of the eleven strains,with low contamination rate,fast mycelial growth rate,high fruiting body yield and excellent fruiting body quality characteristics,comprehensive performance was good,and was the suitable strains for summer cultivation.
