- 以西藏草莓为试材,以大果草莓“甜查理”为对照(简称栽培草莓),采用对比分析法研究了西藏草莓表型及品质性状,以期为今后西藏草莓的资源利用工作奠定基础。结果表明:西藏草莓平均单果质量、平均纵径和平均横径均低于对照,品种间差异极显著(P<0.01,n=30),但果形指数品种间差异不显著;可溶性固形物含量品种间差异显著(P<0.05,n=5),可溶性酸含量及维生素C含量品种间差异极显著(P<0.01,n=5),可溶性糖含量品种间差异不显著(P>0.05,n=5);综合表型性状和果实品质性状建立投影寻踪模型进行量化分析发现,西藏草莓果实品质函数投影值远低于对照。与对照相比,西藏草莓果实偏酸,风味特殊,但果实综合质量较差,今后可作为风味草莓育种材料来开发利用。

- Fragaria nubicola Lindl was used as materials to compare the appearance indices and quality indices,with cultivated strawberry as control,so as to lay a foundation for the utilization of strawberry resources in Tibet.The results showed that the fruit of F.nubicola Lindl were significantly lower than control in single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,and the difference between treatments was significant (P<0.01,n=30),but there no obvious difference between the treatments for the fruit shape indices,there was a significant difference in the soluble solids content (P<0.05,n=5) and the soluble acid and vitamin C content (P<0.01,n=5),and no significant difference in the soluble sugar content(P>0.05,n=5).Furthermore,based on the comprehensive phenotypic traits and fruit quality traits,a projection pursuit model was established to carry out quantitative analysis,it was found that the projection values of F.nubicola Lindl was far lower than the control.So compared with cultivated strawberry,the fruit of F.nubicola Lindl was more sour,with special flavor,and poor comprehensive quality,which would be used as the breeding material for flavor fruit in the future.
