- 以苹果早熟品种(系)‘XU25’‘XU27’‘XU32’‘嘎啦变异’‘信浓红’和‘藤木1号’为试材,研究了果实成熟过程中果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、苹果酸含量、色泽参数及乙烯含量等指标的变化,为早熟苹果的适期采收提供参考。结果表明:随着果实成熟,各品种(系)果实硬度均呈现降低的趋势,但品种(系)间下降幅度不同;可溶性固形物含量、着色面积不断增加,果皮色泽参数L*趋于稳定;果实成熟时,‘藤木1号’和‘XU25’的苹果酸含量较低。在保定地区,‘XU25’‘XU27’和‘信浓红’在7月25日出现乙烯跃变,‘藤木1号’‘嘎啦变异’和‘XU32’在7月20日有明显的释放高峰出现。苹果早熟品种(系)‘XU25’‘XU27’‘XU32’‘嘎啦变异’‘藤木1号’和‘信浓红’采收时的淀粉指数分别为3.7、4.7、4.2、5.8、3.5、4.8。综上所述,初步确定了在保定地区早熟苹果品种(系)‘XU25’‘XU27’和‘信浓红’在中间砧‘SH40’上的采收期在7月25日左右。
- Abstract:
- The fruit firmness,soluble solid content,malic acid content,color parameters and ethene content changes of ‘XU25’‘XU27’‘XU32’‘Gala mutation’‘Mato 1’ and ‘Cinano Red’ during ripening process were studied in this study,to provide reference for suitable harvest time for early ripening apple.The results showed that the fruit firmness and malic acid content of different cultivar decreased while soluble solid content increased during ripening.Malic acid content levels of ‘Mato 1’ and ‘XU25’ was lower on the mature.Ethene content in fruits of ‘Mato 1’‘Gala mutation’ and ‘XU32’ reached the peak on 20th July,while it in the fruit of ‘XU25’‘XU27’ and ‘Cinano Red’ increased evidently on 25th July.The starch index of ‘XU25’‘XU27’‘XU32’‘Gala mutation’‘Mato 1’ and ‘Cinano Red’ at harvest were 3.7,4.7,4.2,5.8,3.5,4.8 in Baoding,respectively.In summary,it was initially determined that the harvesting period of earlymaturing apple varieties (lines) ‘XU25’‘XU27’ and ‘Cinano Red’ in the intermediate anvil ‘SH40’ in Baoding area was around July 25th.
