黄瓜霜霉菌对氟吗啉的抗药性风险研究

- 丙烯酰胺类杀菌剂氟吗啉具有高效环保、对作物及人畜安全、农用成本低等优点,在生产中广泛使用。为明确黄瓜霜霉菌对氟吗啉的抗药性,采用离体叶盘漂浮法测定了我国广东省、湖北省、江苏省、山东省、北京、辽宁省、吉林省和黑龙江省8个省份13个黄瓜主产区69个黄瓜霜霉病菌株对氟吗啉的敏感性及抗性水平。结果表明:黄瓜霜霉菌对氟吗啉的EC50为0.217 2~2.464 3 μg·mL-1,EC50平均值为0.728 2 μg·mL-1。供试的69个菌株中有2个敏感菌株、60个低抗菌株和7个中抗菌株,无高抗菌株。除山东省的供试菌株对氟吗啉的抗性风险较高以外,其余省份对氟吗啉抗性风险相对较低。总体来说,黄瓜霜霉菌对氟吗啉尚处于低抗阶段。
- Abstract:
- Flumorph belongs to the acrylamide fungicides.It was widely used in production,because of its high efficiency and environmental protection,crop and animal and plant safety,low cost of agricultural advantages.To clarify cucumber downy mildew pathogen resistance to flumorph,the sensitivity and resistance level of 69 cucumber downy mildew strains to flumorph in 13 cucumber producing areas in 8 provinces of Guangdong,Hubei,Jiangsu,Shandong,Beijing,Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang Provinces were detected by using leaf disc floatation method.The results showed that the EC50 of cucumber downy mildew strains to flumorph was 0.217 2-2.464 3 μg·mL-1,the average EC50 was 0.728 2 μg·mL-1.There were 2 sensitive strains,60 strains had low resistance and 7 strains had medium resistance without high resistant strain among 69 tested strains.The remaining provinces had a relatively low risk of resistance to flumorph,except for the tested strains in Shandong Province.In general,the risk of flumorph resistance developent in cucumber downy mildew strains was still at a low anti-flumorph stage.
