- 以杏鲍菇菌渣和玉米芯作为姬松茸栽培基质,设计同一碳氮比的8个栽培料配方进行姬松茸(A-5)常规栽培试验,以筛选一种最适宜姬松茸生产的栽培料配方,降低镉富集,改善品质。结果表明:配方T5(当菌渣添加17%时)姬松茸菌丝生长速度快;总产量(3 293.35 g)和生物学效率(38.70%)均达到姬松茸常规栽培料CK2(稻草45%、玉米芯30%、干牛粪20%、磷酸二氢钾2%,尿素、石灰及石膏各1%,其碳氮比为40∶1)水平且显著高于其余配方;且子实体多糖得率(17.02%)显著高于其余配方;氨基酸组成与比例远超过理想氨基酸模式。同时子实体中镉富集量较CK2降低20.14 mg?kg-1。研究结果可以为栽培姬松茸的基质选择提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Based on SMS and corncob as the substrate for cultivating AbM.Eight treatments with the identical C/N ratio were designed to cultivate AbM routinely,the aim was to screen optimal compost formula of AbM cultivation,and the optimal substrates can improve quality of AbM and decrease cadmium accumulation of fruiting body.The results showed that the mycelial growth of T5 treatment (with 17% SMS) was faster;the yield and biological efficiency of T5 treatment with 17% SMS were closer to CK2(which was regarded as typical culture of AbM) and significantly higher than other treatment groups,both of them were 3 293.35 g per 30 bags and 38.70% per bag respectively.Also the yield of raw polysaccharide was significantly higher than CK2,up to 17.02%.The composition and proportion of amino acids was far beyond ideal amino acid pattern proposed by the FAO/WHO,and cadmium accumulation of T5 treatment fruiting body was 20.14 mg?kg-1 lower than CK2.The research results could be used to provide reference values for the selection of substrates for cultivating AbM.
