- 以“阿里山”番茄为试验材料,采用穴盘育苗方式,设置0(CK)、8、16、32、64、128 mg·L-1不同浓度10%小檗碱,分别测定番茄出苗率、生理指标、相关酶活性,确定番茄幼苗生长的最适宜10%小檗碱(BBR)可湿性粉剂浓度。结果表明:32 mg·L-1和64 mg·L-1处理的番茄幼苗出苗最快,出苗率最高;32 mg·L-1处理下番茄叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性均最高,分别为0.76 mg·g-1、4 802.89 U·g-1 ·min-1FW,比CK分别提高16.43%、47.45%。32 mg·L-1处理的番茄幼苗丙酮酸激酶和α-淀粉酶活性均最低,分别为505.18 U·min-1,6.22 mg·g-1·min-1,比CK分别降低10.77%、7.95%。表明番茄幼苗生长最佳的10%小檗碱浓度为32 mg·L-1。

- Tomato variety of ‘Alishan’ was used as the experimental material,six different concentrations of 10% berberine (0,8,16,32,64,128 mg·L-1) were set,to study the effect of different concentrations of 10% berberine (BBR) WP on germination rate and the physiological index of tomato enzyme activity of tomato seedlings by plug seedling raising method,and to determine the optimum concentration of 10% berberine for the growth of tomato seedlings.The results showed that,tomato seedlings treated with 32 mg·L-1 and 64 mg·L-1 had the highest emergence rate and the highest emergence rate.32 mg·L-1 10% berberine treatment of tomato seedlings had the highest chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity,which were 0.76 mg·g-1 and 4 802.89 U·g-1 ·min-1FW,increased 16.43%,47.45%,respectively.The pyruvate kinase and α-amylase activities of tomato seedlings treated with 32 mg·L-1 were the lowest,which were 505.18 U·min-1 and 6.22 mg·g-1·min-1,respectively,and decreased 10.77% and 7.95% compared to the control treatment,respectively.It showed that the best 10% berberine concentration in tomato seedlings was 32 mg·L-1.
