- 以青岛农业大学自有的10份簇生朝天椒100%雄性不育保持系为试材,利用农艺性状结合InDel分子标记方法进行保持系材料评价,进而对不育系的利用进行探讨。结果表明:簇生朝天椒保持系16010-2的综合性状最好,16002次之,在杂种一代选育中其同型不育系是优良的簇生朝天椒母本材料。保持系16006和16010-6果实色价显著高于其它材料,可作为选育高色价杂交种的优良母本材料。农艺性状和分子标记聚类分析结果表明,保持系16012-1和16012-2、16010-2、16010-4的果实农艺性状相似且亲缘关系近,在新品种中可合并为一个母本材料使用,以减少育种工作量。
- Abstract:
- Ten 100% male sterility maintainer lines of the clustered pepper were taken as experimental materials,which were provided by Qingdao Agricultural University.The method of evaluating 10 maintainer lines was agronomic characters combined with InDel markers in this study.The object was to evaluate the male sterile lines and its applications in crossbreeding.The results showed that the maintainer line 16010-2 had the best level,and 16002 was the second.So,the male sterile lines were the excellent female parent in crossbreeding of clustered pepper.The maintainer lines 16006 and 16010-6 had significantly higher color value than other materials.So they could be used as the excellent female parent in crossbreeding for high color value.The evaluation of agronomic characters and genetic relationship showed that these maintainer lines were similar among 16012-1,16012-2,16010-2 and 16010-4.In crossbreeding,the four lines could be combined into one line to reduce the breeding workload.
