- 以茶树菇为试材,采用含梯度浓度亚硒酸钠(0、2.5、5、10、20、40 mg·L-1)的液体培养基培养菌丝,研究了菌丝胞外木质素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶的活性变化。结果表明:硒对菌丝胞外酶活性有一定的影响。添加适宜浓度的硒对茶树菇菌丝这6种胞外酶活性均有促进作用,其中木质素酶和果胶酶活力的最适硒浓度为2.5 mg·L-1,其它4种酶活力的最适硒浓度均为5.0 mg·L-1。
- Abstract:
- Agrocybe cylindracea was used as a material,the hyphae were cultured in liquid medium containing gradient concentrations of sodium selenite (0,2.5,5.0,10.0,20.0,40.0 mg·L-1),the changes of extracellular ligninase,amylase,pectinase,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activities in mycelium were studied.The results showed that selenium had a certain influence on the size of extracellular enzymatic activity of mycelium.Adding suitable concentration of selenium could promote the activity of six extracellular enzymes of agrocybe cylindracea,the optimal selenium concentration for the ligninase and pectinase activity was 2.5 mg·L-1,and the optimum selenium concentration for the other four enzyme activities was 5.0 mg·L-1.
