- 以“黄中黄”切花菊为试材,通过调查瓶插寿命、最大花径、鲜质量变化率和叶绿素含量,分别采用表面涂膜和瓶插液保鲜2种方法,探讨了羧甲基壳聚糖对切花菊的保鲜效果。结果表明:高浓度的羧甲基壳聚糖(如20.0 g·L-1)不利于切花菊的保鲜,适当的低浓度处理在一定程度上能改善切花菊的保鲜效果。如1.0 g·L-1的喷涂处理或0.5 g·L-1的瓶插液处理可以延长切花菊的瓶插寿命1.0~2.3 d;4.0 g·L-1喷涂处理和0.1 g·L-1瓶插液处理均能增加切花菊花径。并且羧甲基壳聚糖还能减缓切花菊叶片中叶绿素的分解和切花失水现象的发生。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Huangzhonghuang’ cut chrysanthemum as test material,vase life,flower diameter,chlorophyll content and change rate of fresh weight were studied.The results showed that appropriate low concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan could improve preservative effects of cut chrysanthemum. However,carboxymethyl chitosan at high concentration such as 20.0 g·L-1 showed negative effect on the preservation of cut chrysanthemum.Spraying treatment with 1.0 g·L-1 and vase treatment with 0.5 g·L-1extended the life of cut chrysanthemum for 1.0-2.3 days.While,spraying treatment with 4.0 g·L-1 and vase treatment with 0.1 g·L-1 increased the flower diameter of cut chrysantnemum.In addition,the degradation of chlorophyll and the water loss of cut chrysantnemum could be relieved by carboxymethyl chitosan.
