- 课题组通过实地考察,总结了鼓槌石斛种源的纯正性及种源鉴定,并对现有资源及种植产业发展现状和种植技术进行了调查总结。现有的种源鉴定主要还是形态学等生物学特性鉴定,包括植株形态、生长环境、花的结构。结果表明:历经20年的发展,云南鼓槌石斛人工栽培面积达733.1 hm2,投产面积达722.1 hm2,产鲜花1 198.21 t,实现产值2 396.4万元,产鲜茎13 309.7 t,实现产值15 962.4万元。该研究结果将为鼓槌石斛优良品种选育,鼓槌石斛产业的健康、可持续发展提供技术支撑。
- Abstract:
- This review elaborated the purity and provenance identification of D.chrysotoxum,as well as their current resource and planting situation and technology based on field investigation.The D.chrysotoxum was usually identified by testing for multiple morphological and biological features,such as plant morphologic characteristics,growing conditions,flower structures.Developments over the past two decades,its artificial cultivation area in Yunnan was 733.1 hm2 with producing area of 722.1 hm2.Fresh flower output reached 1 198.21 t with an output value of 23.964 million RMB,and fresh stem output reached 13 309.7 t with an output value of 159.624 million RMB.The results of provenance identification and current planting situation about D.chrysotoxum in this review might provide a technical support for the health and sustainable development of dendrobium industry.
