- 以31份百合品种(野生)为试材,采用人工蚜虫接种及蚜量比值法,研究了不同百合品种(野生)对蚜虫虫口数量的影响,以期获得抗蚜虫的百合种质。结果表明:不同百合品种(野生)对蚜虫的抗性表现出明显差异,蚜虫接种15 d时各品种(野生)虫口数量差异甚大,0~237头不等。31份百合品种(野生)根据蚜量比值法可分为5级,7个品种(野生)为高感品种(野生);4个品种为感虫品种;2个品种(野生)为中抗品种(野生);5个品种(野生)为抗虫品种(野生);13个品种(野生)为高抗品种(野生)。
- Abstract:
- In order to obtain aphid-resistant lily germplasm resources,31 lily cultivars (wild species) were selected as research object,the lily cultivars (wild species) were artificially inoculated with aphids,and the aphid number and its ratio on the cultivars (wild species) were investigated.The results showed that different lily cultivars (wild species) had different levels of aphid-resistance.After 15 days inoculation,the aphid number varied with cultivars (wild species),ranging from 0 to 237.The aphid-resistance of lily could be divided into five grades in terms of aphid number ratio.Among 31 test cultivars (wild species),7 cultivars (wild species) were of high susceptible to aphid,4 cultivars were of susceptible to aphid,2 cultivars (wild species) were of moderate resistance to aphid,5 cultivars (wild species) were of resistance to aphid,13 cultivars (wild species) were of high resistance to aphid.
