- 贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)是芽孢杆菌属的一个新种,在农业生产上有促进植物生长和抵御病原微生物作用,具有广谱抗菌活性,是开发生物药剂潜力较大的微生物。该研究从贝莱斯芽孢杆菌分离和命名、形态和生理生化特征、抗菌机理、分类地位方面进行阐述,旨在为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Bacillus velezensis is a novel species which belongs to Bacillus.Bacillus velezensis strains can serve as plant-growth promoters and antagonists of plant pathogenic microorganism.They had high potential for development which was widely used in agriculture production because of broad-spectrum antibiotic.The study described seperation and naming,phenotypic and biochemical characteristics,antibacterial mechanism,taxonomic status of Bacillus velezensis,which would provide a useful reference for Bacillus velezensis related studies.
