- 以橡胶草为试验材料,对不同程度盐胁迫处理(0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6% NaCl)橡胶草生长及生理指标进行了比较分析,探讨橡胶草在盐胁迫条件下的生长发育特性。结果表明:橡胶草生长、发育对盐胁迫反应较为敏感,不同水平盐胁迫处理条件下,橡胶草植株形态、生理指标差异显著。橡胶草对盐胁迫的耐受极值为NaCl浓度0.5%,超过极值盐浓度,则橡胶草植株无法存活。橡胶草盐害程度与盐胁迫处理时间呈正相关,0.2%盐胁迫处理浓度是进行橡胶草苗期耐盐性鉴定和筛选的较适宜浓度。
- Abstract:
- The growth and physiological indexes of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin under different salt stress treatment(0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6% NaCl) were analyzed,and the growth and development characteristics of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin under salt stress were discussed.The results showed that the growth and development of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin were sensitive to salt stress.Under different salt stress treatments,the morphological and physiological indexes of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin plant were significantly different.The extremetolerance value of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin to salt stress was 0.5% NaCl concentration and exceeded the extreme salt concentration,then the plant was unable to survive.The degree of salt damage of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin was positively correlated with the time of salt stress treatment.0.2% salt stress was the optimum concentration for salt tolerance identification and screening.
