- 以内蒙古盐碱地区常用的5个品种紫花苜蓿牧草(“金皇后”“中苜一号”“阿尔冈金”“威尔纳”“冰驰”)种子为试材,采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液(0、25、75、125、175、250 mmol·L-1)模拟盐环境的方法,研究了不同强度的盐胁迫对5种紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响,以期为选育适合在内蒙古盐碱地区种植的紫花苜蓿品种提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl对5种紫花苜蓿种子的萌发均有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大,抑制效果也增强。不同品种的紫花苜蓿发芽高峰期不同,当NaCl浓度逐渐加强,各品种发芽高峰期不同程度向后推移,且最高发芽数也逐渐减少。依据模糊数学中的隶属函数法,评判出5种紫花苜蓿种子萌发期抗盐性强弱依次为:“阿尔冈金”>“中苜一号”>“金皇后”>“威尔纳”>“冰驰”。
- Abstract:
- The seeds of five varieties of alfalfa pasture(‘Golden Empress’‘Zhongmu No.1’‘Algonquin’‘Werner’‘Bing Chi’) commonly used in the salinealkali area of Inner Mongolia were used as test materials.Method for simulating salt environment using different concentrations of NaCl solution (0,25,75,125,175,250 mmol·L-1),the effects of different intensity of salt stress on the germination of five alfalfa seeds were studied.In order to provide a theoretical basis for breeding alfalfa varieties suitable for planting in the salinealkali region of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that different concentrations of NaCl inhibited the germination of five kinds of alfalfa seeds,and the germination peaks were also pushed down with the increase of NaCl concentration.The germination peaks of different varieties of alfalfa were different.When the NaCl concentration was gradually strengthened,the germination peaks of each variety changed to different degrees,and the highest germination number also decreased.According to the membership function method in fuzzy mathematics,the order of the salt tolerance of the five alfalfa seeds in the germination period was as follow ‘Algonquin’>‘Zhongmu No.1’>‘Golden Empress’>‘Werner’>‘Bing Chi’.
