- 为了节约草炭的用量,充分利用农作物秸秆在育苗基质中的应用,以“贞德F1”黄瓜为试材,以草炭、蛭石常规育苗基质为对照,将小麦残茬、玉米秸秆、菊芋叶、菊芋茎、蚯蚓粪等按不同比例混配进行黄瓜育苗,研究其在黄瓜育苗中的应用效果。结果表明:50%蚯蚓粪处理的育苗基质的黄瓜幼苗不论是在株高、茎粗、地上和地下部鲜、干质量等方面均显著高于对照,其次是小麦残茬处理的育苗基质在地下部干质量、壮苗指数、根体积、根直径等方面均显著高于对照,且差异显著。由此可见,草炭、蛭石基质添加2%小麦残茬和50%蚯蚓粪的育苗基质更适合黄瓜幼苗的生长。
- Abstract:
- In order to save the amount of peat made crop stalks and to be fully utilized,‘Joan F1’ cucumber was used as test materials,the traditional peat,vermiculite mixed matrix as a control,the wheat stubble,corn stalks,artichoke leaf,artichoke stems,earthworms manure,peat and vermiculite mixed in different proportions mixed into the matrix of the nursery,the application results in cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that the matrix of cucumber seedling nursery of 50% vermicompost treated both were significantly higher than the control plant height,stem diameter,shoot and root fresh and dry weight,etc.,followed by wheat stubble treated substrates in nursery root dry weight,seedling index terms,root volume,root diameter,etc.were significantly higher than the control,and the differences were significant.So,add 2% of nursery substrate stubble wheat and 50% vermicompost treatment process suitable for the growth of cucumber seedlings.
