- 为明确杀菌剂甲霜灵和恶霉灵与胶质类芽孢杆菌对番茄种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,通过平板对峙试验、种子发芽试验、穴盘试验研究了3种材料对番茄种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响效果。结果表明:甲霜灵和恶霉灵对胶质芽孢杆菌生长无不良影响;胶质芽孢杆菌浓度为1.63×105 cfu?mL-1时,处理番茄种子发芽率为75.2%,高于对照7.14%;当甲霜灵药液浓度为100.0、50.0、25.0、12.5 mg?mL-1时对番茄种子发芽率均有促进作用,浓度为100 mg?mL-1时发芽率最高为62.5%;恶霉灵在推荐浓度下对番茄种子发芽率有抑制作用;胶质芽孢杆菌、甲霜灵+恶霉灵、胶质芽孢杆菌+甲霜灵+恶霉灵混合液处理番茄幼苗根长分别高于对照3.88%、4.87%、11.56%,株高分别高于对照1.27%、3.80%、7.13%,地上部干质量分别是对照的2.3、1.3、3.5倍。说明胶质芽孢杆菌、甲霜灵对番茄种子发芽势具有促进作用,胶质芽孢杆菌、甲霜灵与恶霉灵3种混用对番茄根的发育有抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to identify metalaxyl,hymexazol and Bacillus mucilaginosus to the effects of seed germination and seedling growth of tomato,plate confrontation test,seed germination test and plug test were conducted.The results showed that B.mucilaginosus was no harmful effect by metalaxyl and hymexazol.The germination percentage of tomato seeds was about 75.2%,more than control 7.14%,treated by B.mucilaginosus at the concentration of 1.63×105 cfu?mL-1.The germination rate of tomato seeds was increased treated by metalaxyl at the concentration of 100.0,50.0,25.0,12.5 mg?mL-1,the most was metalaxyl at 100 mg?mL-1.However,hymexazol inhibited the germination of tomato seeds at the concentration of 50 mg?mL-1 to 400 mg?mL-1.When B.mucilaginosus,metalaxyl and hymexazol simple or mixed together,the root length of tomato seedlings was higher than that of control 3.88%,4.87%,and 11.56%,respectively.Plant height were higher than control 1.27%,3.80%,7.13%,The dry weight of shoot was 2.3,1.3 and 3.5 times of control,respectively.The results showed that B.mucilaginosus with metalaxyl had beneficial effect on the germination of tomato seeds,but B.mucilaginosus with hymexazol had harmful effect to it.
