- 以纹党参为试材,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法,研究施N量、施P2O5量、施K2O量和施厩肥量对纹党参产量和品质的影响,以优选纹党参栽培方案。结果表明:纹党参产量影响的重要程度依次为施N量>施P2O5量>施厩肥量>施K2O量,纹党参醇溶性浸出物影响程度的大小依次为施K2O量>施厩肥量>施N量>施P2O5量,纹党参多糖影响的重要程度依次为施N量>施P2O5量>施K2O量>施厩肥量;并提出了每667m2纹党参鲜根产量≥600kg、醇溶性浸出物含量≥60.0%、多糖含量≥25.0%的综合农艺技术措施。

- BasedonthematerialsofdifferentamountoffertilizerofCodonopsispilosula,thetestwasconductedinquadraticregressionrotationcombinationdesign,tostudytheeffectsoftheappliedfertilizeramountofnitrogenfertilizer,phosphatefertilizer,potashfertilizerandorganicfertilizersontheyieldandqualityforoptimizedthecultivationscheme.TheresultsshowedthattheimportanceinfluencingfactorsoftheyieldofCodonopsispilosulaweretheorderofnitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer>organicfertilizers>potashfertilizer;theimportanceinfluencingfactorsofthealcoholsolubleextractofCodonopsispilosulawereintheorderofpotashfertilizer>organicfertilizers>nitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer;theimportanceinfluencingfactorsofthepolysaccharidecontentofCodonopsispilosulawereintheorderofnitrogenfertilizer>phosphatefertilizer>potashfertilizer>organicfertilizers.ThecomprehensiveagronomicmeasureswereputforwardthatthefreshrootyieldofCodonopsispilosulaper667m2wasnotlessthan600kg,thecontentofalcohol-solubleextractwasnotlessthan60.0%,andthecontentofpolysaccharidewasnotlessthan25.0%.
