- 启动子是基因的重要组成部分,调控基因表达(转录)的起始时间、空间和强度。近年来,启动子在植物基因工程上的应用越来越广泛。在园艺植物方面,启动子基因工程技术广泛应用于抗逆性、抗病性、果实品质以及观赏品质等方面的研究。该研究就近年来启动子在园艺植物基因工程上的应用研究进行了简要的综述,以期为园艺植物基因工程育种提供技术参考及相应的研究目标。
- Abstract:
- As an important part of genes,promoters can regulate the expression initiate time,space and strength of genes,and showed great significance for plant genetic breeding.In recent years,promoters have been widely used in plant genetic engineering.In horticultural plant,promoters most applied on stress resistance,disease resistance,fruit quality,ornamental quality,and so on.Here,we presented a brief review of promoter investigation on the transgenic horticultural plant.This study would provide the technical reference and research object for horticultural plant genetic breeding.
