白色金针菇液体发酵培养条件的优化

- 以白色金针菇为试材,以菌丝体生物量、密度、萌发时间等为考察指标,采用单因素试验及L9(34)正交实验对影响其液体摇瓶培养时的条件因素(培养基的初始pH、接种龄、接种量、摇床转速)进行优化,以实现白色金针菇摇瓶液体菌种高密度发酵。结果表明:适宜的摇瓶培养条件为培养基初始pH6.5,接种龄102h,接种量10%,摇床转速140r·min-1。在上述条件下,金针菇菌丝体生物量达到17.93g·L-1,密度104.21个·mL-1,直径1.35mm,萌发时间8h。

- WhiteFlammulinavelutipeswasusedasmateril,theoptimalcultureconditions(mediuminitialpH,inoculumage,inoculumamount,shakerspeed)werestudiedbysinglefactortestandL9(34)orthogonaltest,indexesformycelialbiomass,density,germinationtime,inordertoachievethehighdensityfermentationofwhiteFlammulinavelutipes.TheresultsshowedthattheoptimalcultureconditionsweretheinitialpH6.5,inoculumage102hours,inoculumamount10%,theshakingspeed140r·min-1.Undertheconditions,themycelialbiomassofFlammulinavelutipesreached17.93g·L-1,densitywas104.21·mL-1,thediameterwas1.35mm,thegerminationtimewas8hours.
