天津地区温室蔬菜根结线虫种类的多重PCR快速鉴定

- 为了明确天津主要蔬菜产区温室根结线虫的种类,同时实现根结线虫的快速检测,采集天津市6个主要蔬菜产区的22个村庄根结线虫病样,利用了单头线虫多重PCR的方法进行根结线虫种类鉴定。结果表明:危害天津地区温室蔬菜的根结线虫为南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita,并未发现其它根结线虫种类。
- Abstract:
- In order to distinguish the species of root knot nematode occurring in greenhouse in Tianjin,this test employed successfully to identify root knot nematodes by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using DNA extracted from individual nematodes.The results showed that Meloidogyne incognita was the dominant species and the test did not detect other species nematodes in greenhouse in Tianjin.
