- 酸浆为我国常见的野生植物,是一种传统的中药材,全株均可入药;酸浆又是一种绿色保健食品,可制成果汁饮品等,口感甚佳;另外,酸浆宿存的果萼膨大如灯笼,可长时间保存,适宜做干花材料。该研究对酸浆的药用、食用及观赏价值进行了综述,并通过对酸浆的国内外研究进展进行了分析,指出了酸浆果未来的研究方向。以期对酸浆未来开发利用方向及价值提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Physalis alkekengi is a common wild plant in China,is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,the whole plant can be used as medicine.It is a kind of green health food,can be made into juice,taste very good;in addition,it′s persistent calyx swollen like a lantern,it can be preserved for a long time,suitable for dried materials.In this study,a large number of references on the medicinal and edible and ornamental value were summarized,and the research progress of Physalis alkekengi at home and abroad was analyzed,the future research direction of Physalis alkekengi was pointed out.In order to provide reference for the future development and utilization of P.alkekengi.
