- 以栽培的乌腺金丝桃为试验材料,在肥力、栽培密度和收割再生3个因素上,采用对比试验,利用高效液相色谱法检测各样品中金丝桃苷的含量。通过不同的栽培条件处理,确定乌腺金丝桃中金丝桃苷的变化规律,以期为乌腺金丝桃栽培措施提供优化依据。结果表明:肥力对乌腺金丝桃中金丝桃苷含量没有显著的影响,但对产量有明显的作用;再生植株的金丝桃苷含量与对照组无显著差异,表明再生植株可以正常利用;高密度的乌腺金丝桃中金丝桃苷含量极明显高于标准密度,有必要进行深入研究。
- Abstract:
- The cultivated Hypericum attenuatum Choisy was used as test material.The contents of hyperoside in each sample were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with the comparative experiment on factors of fertility,cultivation density and harvesting regeneration,to determine the change of hyperoside in Hypericum attenuatum Choisy by different cultivation conditions,and to provide the optimized basis for the cultivation of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.The results showed that the fertility had no significant effect on the content of hyperoside in Hypericum attenuatum Choisy,but had a significant effect on the yield.The content of hyperoside in the regenerated plants was not significantly different from that in the control group,indicating that the regenerated plants could be utilized.The content of hyperoside in the high density of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy was significantly higher than that of standard density,and it was necessary to carry out further study.
