摘要:
基于产业组织范式（SCP）对北京的蔬菜产业进行了分析研究。结果表明：在市场结构方面，北京蔬菜产业市场来源集中度和种植区域集中度高，蔬菜差异化较低，行业壁垒逐渐变大；在市场行为方面，大部分蔬菜价格处于市场的接受者，只有少数名优特有产品具有定价权，一体化发展结构具有很大的市场潜力；在市场绩效方面，北京蔬菜价格波动大，成本高，有新兴技术产生。总的来说，北京蔬菜产业发展良好且处于上升期，但仍有很多问题需要根据实际情况进行改进。
Abstract:
This study was based on the paradigm of industrial organization (SCP) research and analysis of Beijing city vegetable industry.The results showed that in the structure of the market,the Beijing vegetable industry market source concentration and planting area of high vegetable,low differentiation,trade barriers gradually increased;behavior in the market,prices of most vegetables in the market only recipients.A few famous special products with pricing,integrated development structure had great market potential;in the aspect of market performance,Beijing vegetable price fluctuation,high cost,new technology.In general,the vegetable industry in Beijing had developed well and was on the rise,but there were still a lot of problems to be improved according to the actual situation.
